Beschermende buitenlens 3M Speedglas 9100 standaard — 10-pack (vervangende lashelm-lenzen)

Outer protective lenses for the 3M Speedglas 9100 Standard welding helmet supplied as a pack of 10. These replacement outer lenses sit over the auto-darkening assembly to protect against spatter, scratches and debris during welding operations. Designed for routine maintenance, the lenses help maintain clear visibility and extend the service life of the helmet by providing a sacrificial transparent layer that is simple to replace when worn or damaged.

Advantages

The pack contains ten identical outer lenses compatible with the 3M Speedglas 9100 Standard helmet, offering a cost-effective way to keep the viewing area clear without replacing the entire helmet or filter. The transparent polymer surface resists impact from welding spatter and reduces scratch formation on the auto-darkening assembly. Lightweight and thin, these replacement lenses do not interfere with optical clarity or the performance of the auto-darkening filter and are easy to handle during maintenance.

How to use

Remove the worn outer lens from the helmet following the helmet manufacturer's removal procedure, clean the viewing area to remove dust and spatter, and align the replacement lens with the retaining frame or clips. Press the lens into place until it secures evenly around the edges. Replace lenses as soon as visibility is reduced by scratches, clouding or accumulated spatter to ensure the auto-darkening filter remains protected and optical clarity is preserved.

Recommendations

Store spare replacement lenses in a clean, dry container to prevent scratching before use. Inspect the outer lens before each welding session and replace any lens that shows significant scratches, pitting or adhesive residue to maintain safe and clear viewing conditions.
