Beschermingspak 3M 4530 blauw wit M volwassenen SMS-materiaal

The 3M 4530 protective coverall in size M is a single-use garment made from spunbond meltblown spunbond (SMS) material. Designed for adult wear, it combines a two-tone blue and white design with a lightweight construction that balances protection and breathability. The suit covers the torso, arms and legs and includes integrated closure features to reduce exposure to dust, non-hazardous splashes and particulate contaminants in controlled environments.

Advantages

The SMS fabric provides a layered structure that enhances particle filtration while maintaining airflow for wearer comfort. The coverall’s seams and closures are configured to limit ingress of particulates and droplets compared with standard single-layer garments. Its size M fit is intended to offer appropriate freedom of movement for average adult body shapes. The product is disposable, reducing the need for decontamination and simplifying waste management after use.

How to use

Select the size M coverall appropriate for the wearer. Before donning, inspect the garment for tears or defects. Step into the legs, pull the garment over the torso and insert arms into the sleeves. Adjust the hood, cuffs and ankles so elasticated edges sit comfortably against the skin. Fasten closures as designed to achieve a secure fit. After completing tasks, remove the coverall by inverting it to contain contaminants and dispose of it according to local regulations for single-use protective equipment.

Recommendations

The coverall is intended for protection against particulates and light splashes; it is not rated for chemical resistance or for use with hazardous gases, concentrated liquids, or high-risk biological agents. Use appropriate additional PPE (gloves, eye protection, respirators) when workplace hazards exceed the coverall’s protection level. Store garments in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and heat sources to preserve material integrity.
