Beschermkap Telegärtner H00030C0014 kabelklem rood

The Telegärtner H00030C0014 protection cap in red is a cable clamp made from durable PVC and thermoplastic rubber (TPR). Designed to secure and protect cables, this clamp combines flexibility with structural stability to reduce strain at connection points and protect insulation from abrasion. With compact external dimensions of approximately 13.5 mm width, 17.2 mm depth and 10.5 mm height, the clamp fits a variety of small to medium-diameter cables and is supplied in packs of 100 pieces for installations requiring multiple units.

Advantages

This protection cap offers a combination of impact resistance from PVC and elastic grip from TPR, which helps maintain cable position without causing damage to the sheath. Its red color improves visibility in multi-cable environments and facilitates identification during installation and maintenance. The small footprint and stable shape make it suitable for confined spaces while ensuring consistent clamping force over repeated use.

Suitable for

• Securing and protecting signal and power cables in telecom and network installations
• Strain relief at connector exits and junction boxes
• Bulk installations in data centers, switch cabinets, and distribution frames
• Color-coded cable management and asset identification

Key specifications

• Material: PVC and thermoplastic rubber (TPR)
• Color: Red
• External dimensions: ~13.5 mm (width) x 17.2 mm (depth) x 10.5 mm (height)
• Pack quantity: 100 pieces per pack
• Function: Cable clamping / protection / strain relief

How to use

Slide the protection cap over the cable or position it at the required exit point so that the TPR section contacts the cable sheath and the PVC body seats against the mounting surface. Ensure the cable is aligned and not twisted inside the clamp, then apply gentle pressure until the clamp engages. For installations in enclosures, route the cable through any required openings before fitting the clamp to maintain correct bend radii. For repeated removal, carefully pull the TPR grip away from the PVC housing to avoid overstretching the elastomeric material.

Recommendations

Use the red protection caps for visual differentiation in mixed-cable bundles and to improve serviceability in multi-operator or multi-vendor environments. Avoid exposure to aggressive solvents and prolonged UV exposure to preserve material properties. Select a larger profile clamp where cable diameter or bend radius exceeds the clamp’s intended range.
