Beurer MG 195 Hot & Cold triggerpunt-massageapparaat, grijs — Hot & Cold-therapie voor gerichte spierontspanning

The Beurer MG 195 Hot & Cold Trigger Point Massager is a compact handheld device designed to provide targeted thermal and mechanical treatment to sore muscles. Combining both hot and cold therapy with a focused trigger point applicator, the unit is intended for self-administered relief of tension in the shoulders, neck, back and limbs. The device is battery-powered and shaped for direct contact with small muscle knots and trigger points, allowing users to apply controlled heat or cold alongside mechanical pressure to support temporary comfort and recovery after physical exertion.

Advantages

The MG 195 offers two temperature modes—hot and cold—together with a concentrated trigger point head to address localised muscle discomfort. Its handheld form factor and compact size make it convenient for home use and easy storage. The device is designed for targeted application so users can focus therapy precisely where it is needed without treating larger areas unnecessarily. Controls are simple to operate to switch between heating and cooling functions.

Suitable for

• Targeted relief of muscle knots and trigger points in the neck and shoulders
• Localised treatment of back muscle tension and small muscle groups in limbs
• Post-activity recovery to help reduce soreness after exercise
• Short-term symptomatic relief of muscular discomfort at home

Key specifications

• Therapy modes: hot and cold application for localised treatment
• Design: handheld, compact trigger point applicator for focused contact
• Power: battery-operated for portable use
• Use areas: shoulders, neck, back and limbs
• Operation: manual switching between thermal modes and mechanical pressure application

How to use

Before use, ensure the device has fresh batteries fitted according to the manufacturer instructions. Select the desired mode—hot for warming tight muscles or cold for reducing acute inflammation—and apply the trigger point head directly to the sore spot using gentle, steady pressure. Move the device slowly over the localised area or hold it in place on a specific trigger point for short intervals. Adhere to recommended application times and allow the skin to return to normal temperature between sessions. Do not apply to broken skin or areas with impaired sensation.

Recommendations

Use the Beurer MG 195 as part of a broader self-care routine: combine short sessions of hot or cold therapy with stretching, rest and hydration. Avoid prolonged continuous application; follow the device guidelines for maximum session duration and frequency. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have circulatory disorders, diabetes, neuropathy, or other medical conditions that affect skin sensitivity or temperature perception.
