How to use

Install the camera at a stable mounting point that provides an unobstructed view of the target area and position it to cover key entries or zones. Connect the camera to your network following the manufacturer’s connection method—either via wired Ethernet or PoE if supported—and complete the initial configuration through the camera's web interface or provided management software. Configure date/time, network settings, and storage destination. Enable motion detection zones and sensitivity according to the monitored scene to ensure relevant event recording and notifications. Verify remote access by logging in from an external device and test live view and playback functions.

Recommendations

For reliable long-term operation, mount the camera out of direct exposure to heavy precipitation and aim the lens away from strong light sources to avoid glare. Regularly check firmware updates and apply them to maintain security and stability. Adjust motion detection sensitivity and set appropriate recording schedules to balance storage use and event coverage.
