Beveiligingscamera Hikvision DS-2CE76U0T-LPF(2.8mm) Turbo-HD

The Hikvision DS-2CE76U0T-LPF(2.8mm) Turbo-HD is a 1080p analog Turbo-HD surveillance camera with a fixed 2.8 mm wide-angle lens, designed for continuous outdoor monitoring. The camera delivers high-definition video suitable for perimeter and property surveillance, combines daytime color imaging with automated infrared night vision, and features an IP66-rated housing for protection against dust and heavy rain. With up to 20 meters of effective infrared range, this model maintains visible detail in low-light conditions while preserving a compact form factor for discrete mounting.

Advantages

The camera provides full 1080p resolution over Turbo-HD transmission for clear image capture and reliable detail. A fixed 2.8 mm lens offers a wide field of view, reducing the number of cameras required to cover common outdoor areas. The IP66 weatherproof enclosure ensures operation in rain and dust-prone environments, while integrated infrared LEDs support night vision up to approximately 20 meters. The device is compatible with standard coaxial HD transmission systems and is suitable for straightforward installation on walls or ceilings.

Suitable for

• Outdoor perimeter monitoring of homes and small businesses
• Parking lots and driveway surveillance
• Entrance and gateway monitoring
• Areas requiring continuous 24/7 video with night vision

Key specifications

• Video resolution: 1080p (Full HD)
• Lens: fixed 2.8 mm, wide-angle
• Night vision: infrared illumination effective to ~20 meters
• Weather resistance: IP66-rated housing
• Video system: Turbo-HD analog transmission compatible with Hikvision systems
• Mounting: wall or ceiling installation, compact form factor

How to use

Mount the camera on a stable surface such as a wall or ceiling using appropriate fasteners and aim the 2.8 mm lens to cover the intended field of view. Connect the camera to a compatible Turbo-HD DVR or compatible coaxial video input using a quality coaxial cable, and provide power according to the system specifications. Adjust the camera angle before final tightening of mounts. Configure recording and motion detection settings on the recorder to match monitoring requirements and verify image quality both in daytime and nighttime conditions.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, install the camera at a height that minimizes obstructions and glare, typically between 2.5 and 4 meters for perimeter coverage. Use low-loss coaxial cable and proper connectors to maintain image quality over long cable runs, and periodically clean the outer housing and lens to prevent reduced clarity from dirt or debris. Ensure the connected recorder settings are set to 1080p to capture full resolution and enable infrared or low-light modes for reliable night-time surveillance.
