Bitratel 1/4 inch Hazet 863MB, 6,3 mm vierkantaandrijving, 90 mm lengte

Hazet 863MB is a 1/4" bit ratchet with a 6.3 mm (1/4") square drive and a 90 mm overall length. Designed for use with standard 1/4" bits and sockets, this compact tool enables quick bit changes and controlled torque in assembly, maintenance and repair tasks. Its short length and square drive make it practical for working in confined spaces where access is limited.

Advantages

The ratchet offers a compact, durable construction suited to repeated use. Its 6.3 mm square drive is compatible with widely available 1/4" bits and sockets, allowing fast interchange of bits. The 90 mm overall length reduces leverage issues in tight areas while maintaining sufficient control for common fastening operations. The mechanism provides controlled ratcheting action for efficient clockwise and counterclockwise turning.

Suitable for

• Assembly of small mechanical components
• Maintenance and repair of household appliances
• Work in confined or hard-to-reach spaces
• DIY projects requiring 1/4" bits or sockets

Key specifications

• Drive size: 6.3 mm (1/4") square drive
• Length: 90 mm overall
• Type: bit ratchet compatible with 1/4" bits and sockets

How to use

Select a compatible 1/4" bit or socket and insert it into the 6.3 mm square drive until it seats securely. Position the bit on the fastener, apply steady pressure and operate the ratchet in the desired direction to tighten or loosen. Use controlled strokes rather than excessive force to avoid damage to fasteners or the bit. When finished, remove the bit by pulling it from the square drive.

Recommendations

To prolong tool life, avoid applying torque beyond what the bit or fastener can withstand and keep the ratchet mechanism free of debris and corrosion. Store the tool in a dry environment and use appropriate bits for the task to ensure secure engagement and safe operation.
