BitsPower haakse adapter 1/4 inch BSPP binnendraad naar 1/4 inch BSPP schroefdraad — Carbon Black (BP-CBWP-C39)

BitsPower Angle Adapter 1/4" BSPP female to 1/4" BSPP female in carbon black finish is a 90° angled coupling designed for liquid-cooling systems. The adapter connects two 1/4" BSPP threaded fittings while maintaining the same thread standard, enabling a right-angle direction change for fittings, tubing, or hardline without changing thread type. Its compact profile and corrosion-resistant finish make it suitable for tight installations in PC water-cooling loops, radiators and port connections where space or clearance is limited.

Advantages

The adapter preserves the original 1/4" BSPP thread form on both ends, avoiding the need for thread converters or additional sealing parts. Its 90° angle allows controlled routing of coolant lines to reduce stress on fittings and tubing, and the carbon black finish provides a discreet, low-reflective appearance that integrates with common PC water-cooling components. Machined mating surfaces ensure stable sealing with compatible BSPP fittings when used with appropriate gaskets or O-rings.

Suitable for

• PC custom water-cooling loops where a right-angle change is needed
• Tight case interiors requiring compact routing of tubing or hardline
• Connecting radiator ports or pump and reservoir outlets with BSPP threads
• Upgrading or replacing straight fittings to improve line layout

Key specifications

• Thread type: 1/4" BSPP female on both ends
• Angle: 90° right-angle adapter
• Finish: carbon black
• Material: metal construction with machined sealing surfaces
• Compatibility: designed for standard 1/4" BSPP liquid-cooling fittings and components

How to use

Before installation, ensure both mating BSPP fittings are clean and free of debris. Hand-start the adapter into the first fitting to avoid cross-threading, then tighten to the required engagement using appropriate tools; avoid over-tightening to prevent damage to threads or O-rings. If the system uses O-rings or gaskets, verify their condition and position before final assembly. After installation, pressurize and leak-test the loop according to your standard procedure to confirm a secure seal.

Recommendations

Use the adapter only with compatible 1/4" BSPP fittings and appropriate sealing elements (O-rings or gaskets). When routing hardline or flexible tubing, allow slight slack near the 90° junction to reduce stress on fittings. Perform a full leak test after any change in fittings and recheck torque after the first operational cycle.
