Blindplaat DELOCK 67434 met ingebouwde 1 ventilator, metalen behuizing, donkergrijs – accessoire voor rack

DELOCK 67434 is a metal cover plate with a built-in single fan, designed to be mounted in server and network racks to provide basic ventilation and protect cable areas. Finished in dark grey, the panel fits common rack openings and supports airflow management in compact installations such as 10" network cabinets and 19" racks where a 3U cover is required.

Advantages

The metal construction offers mechanical protection and heat dissipation while the integrated fan provides active air movement to reduce hot spots inside the cabinet. The dark grey finish ensures a neutral appearance that matches typical rack equipment. Supplied as a single unit, the cover plate is suitable for straightforward installation and replacement in existing rack layouts.

Suitable for

• Ventilation of 10" network cabinets
• Supplementing airflow in 19" server or network racks
• Protecting cable areas and blanking unused rack space
• Basic thermal management in small network enclosures

Key specifications

• Form factor: 3U cover plate
• Built-in components: one cooling fan
• Mounting: designed for rack mounting, compatible with 10" and standard rack openings
• Mounting hole diameter: approximately 4.5 mm
• Material: metal housing

How to use

Position the cover plate in the intended rack opening and align the mounting holes with the cabinet’s mounting points. Secure the plate using appropriate screws through the mounting holes (mounting hole diameter approximately 4.5 mm). Connect the fan’s power lead to the cabinet’s fan power source or an appropriate fan controller following the equipment manufacturer’s wiring and voltage guidelines. Ensure the fan airflow orientation matches the desired direction of ventilation within the cabinet.

Recommendations

Install the cover plate in a location that supports efficient airflow paths; avoid obstructing the fan intake or exhaust. Verify electrical compatibility of the fan power supply before connection and perform periodic checks for dust buildup on the fan and housing to maintain ventilation performance.
