BlueOptics QSFP28-100G-AOC-15M Active Optical Cable 15m QSFP28 naar QSFP28 100GBASE-SR4

The BlueOptics QSFP28-100G-AOC-15M is a high-performance active optical cable (AOC) designed for 100 Gigabit Ethernet connectivity. It integrates a QSFP28 transceiver at each end with a pre-terminated multimode fiber cable, providing a reliable and cost-effective solution for short-range data center and enterprise network links. With a length of 15 meters, it offers flexibility in rack-to-rack and intra-rack connections.

Advantages

This AOC eliminates the need for separate transceivers and fiber patch cables, reducing installation complexity and cost. It supports hot-pluggable QSFP28 ports and delivers low power consumption under 4.5W. The cable is compliant with IEEE 802.3bm 100GBASE-SR4 and SFF-8665 standards, ensuring interoperability with a wide range of networking equipment.

Suitable for

• Data center interconnects (rack-to-rack, top-of-rack to server)
• High-performance computing clusters
• Enterprise network backbone links
• Storage area networks (SAN)
