BlueOptics SRCABLE1M-BO InfiniBand glasvezelkabel 1 m LC beige

The BlueOptics SRCABLE1M-BO InfiniBand fibre optic cable is a 1 m LC-to-LC patch cable designed for multimode OM3 networks. It provides full duplex optical communication using LC connectors in a beige LSZH sheathing, intended for interconnecting transceivers, patch panels and other fibre links in data centres and high-speed networking environments.

Advantages

This 1 metre BlueOptics InfiniBand cable supports OM3 multimode fibre for high-bandwidth short-range links and uses LC connectors for compact, reliable connections. The LSZH (low-smoke, zero-halogen) outer jacket reduces toxic and corrosive gas emission in the event of fire. BlueOptics manufacturing includes end-face quality control and performance testing to confirm low insertion loss and high return loss for consistent signal integrity.

Suitable for

• Connecting InfiniBand transceivers and switches
• Patching between LC ports in data centre racks and patch panels
• Short-range, high-speed multimode links using OM3 fibre
• Environments requiring LSZH sheathing for safety compliance

Key specifications

• Cable length: 1 metre
• Connector type: LC to LC
• Fibre type: OM3 multimode
• Transmission mode: full duplex
• Sheathing: LSZH (low-smoke, zero-halogen)
• Colour: beige

How to use

Route the BlueOptics SRCABLE1M-BO carefully to avoid sharp bends and mechanical strain; maintain the minimum bend radius recommended for multimode OM3 fibre. Insert LC connectors into matching LC ports on transceivers, switches or patch panels until they click into place. For removal, press the LC latch and gently pull the connector straight out. Keep connector end faces covered with dust caps when not in use and clean end faces with appropriate fibre cleaning tools before insertion to ensure low loss and reliable performance.

Recommendations

Store and handle the cable in a clean environment, avoid kinking, and use dust caps and certified fibre cleaners for end-face maintenance. Use this OM3 LC-LC cable for short-range 10/25/40/100 Gbps multimode or InfiniBand links where OM3 performance meets your distance and bandwidth requirements.
