How to use

Strip the RG59 cable to the manufacturer-recommended lengths for the centre conductor, dielectric and braid. Slide the shrink tube onto the cable, place the connector body over the prepared cable end, and crimp the connector according to standard crimping tool instructions for BNC RG59 fittings. After crimping, position the shrink tube over the joint and apply heat to shrink and secure the insulation. Verify the mechanical and electrical connection before final installation.

Recommendations

Use an appropriate BNC crimping tool sized for RG59 to ensure a secure and reliable connection. Avoid excessive heat on the shrink tube and confirm the contact is properly seated to prevent signal loss.
