Boeksteun WEDO 61 1207 — bamboe, bruin, 120×117×172 mm (paar)

WEDO 61 1207 is a pair of bamboo bookends in a brown finish, measuring 120×117×172 mm (W×D×H). Manufactured from natural bamboo with integrated metal support bases and non-slip rubber feet, this compact set provides vertical support for books, folders and notebooks on shelves, desks or tabletops. The bamboo material offers a warm appearance and is a fast-renewable resource, combining practical stability with an eco-conscious design. The set arrives in an individual giftbox suitable for storage or gifting.

Advantages

The bamboo construction delivers solid support while remaining lightweight and sustainably sourced. Metal support bases increase stability for heavier items, and rubber feet prevent slipping and protect surfaces from scratches. The compact dimensions make the pair suitable for narrow shelves and small desks without sacrificing holding capacity. The natural brown finish integrates easily with home or office interiors.

Suitable for

• Organizing paperbacks, hardcovers and reference books on shelves
• Keeping folders, notebooks and binders upright on desks
• Neat arrangement of magazines and catalogs in reception or waiting areas
• Use in home studies, offices, student dorms and libraries

Key specifications

• Material: natural bamboo with metal support base and rubber feet
• Finish: brown
• Dimensions (W×D×H): 120×117×172 mm per piece
• Set contents: 2 bookends (pair)
• Packing: single unit in a giftbox

How to use

Place one bookend at each end of a row of books or folders so the metal supports sit flush with the shelf surface and the rubber feet contact the shelf. Position the pair at an appropriate distance to hold your items upright without excessive pressure. For heavier books, place the metal-supported side towards the outer edge to increase resistance to tipping. Clean the bamboo surface with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth; avoid abrasive cleaners and prolonged moisture.

Recommendations

For best performance, use on flat, stable surfaces and avoid overloading beyond the bookends' contact area. Periodically check the rubber feet for wear and keep the bamboo dry to preserve appearance and longevity.
