How to use

To use the Hogue Deka, open the blade fully using the designated opening mechanism until it locks into place. Ensure the locking mechanism is engaged before applying cutting pressure. Hold the handle with a secure grip and use controlled cutting motions appropriate to the task. To store, fully collapse the blade into the handle until it is seated and locked closed. Regular cleaning and light lubrication of pivot points will maintain smooth operation.

Recommendations

Use the knife for tasks matching its size and design; avoid prying or heavy-duty applications that exceed a folding blade's intended use. Keep the blade sharp for safer, more efficient cutting, and follow local laws regarding carry and use of folding knives.
