Boodschappenmand Reisenthel zwart 22L polyester 280mm x 330mm

The Reisenthel Shopping basket Black 22L is a compact, everyday shopping solution made from durable polyester. With a capacity of 22 litres and external dimensions of approximately 280 mm (width) x 330 mm (depth), this basket is designed for carrying groceries, market goods and general household items. The black finish offers a neutral appearance suitable for varied environments, from supermarket trips to storage and transport around the home.

Advantages

This Reisenthel shopping basket is built from polyester which provides a balance of light weight and resistance to wear. The 22 litre volume accommodates a typical weekly shop for one person or several small purchases, while the compact footprint makes it easy to carry and store. The simple black design integrates with different styles and activities without drawing attention. Its open-top design allows quick access to contents and easy loading and unloading.

Suitable for

• Carrying groceries and produce from supermarket or farmers’ market
• Short shopping trips and errands
• Transporting household items between rooms or between car and home
• Organising and storing items at home when not in use

When it may not be suitable

This shopping basket is not designed for heavy industrial use or carrying very heavy or sharp objects that could damage the polyester fabric. It is an open-top basket and therefore does not provide weatherproof protection for contents in heavy rain. For transporting liquids or fragile items you may prefer rigid containers with padding or sealed bags.

Key specifications

• Material: polyester fabric
• Capacity: 22 litres
• Approximate external dimensions: 280 mm (width) x 330 mm (depth)
• Colour: black
• Design: open-top, single-compartment shopping basket

How to use

Place items into the open compartment and distribute weight evenly to maintain balance while carrying. Use the handles or hold the basket close to your body to reduce strain. After use, empty and shake out residues, then wipe or spot-clean the polyester surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent if needed. Allow to dry thoroughly before storage to avoid damp smells. Store folded or upright in a dry place to save space.

What to consider before purchase

• Confirm the 22 litre capacity meets your typical shopping needs
• Consider whether an open-top fabric basket suits your weather and transport conditions
• Assess whether the polyester material is appropriate for the types of items you plan to carry

Recommendations

For everyday grocery runs, place heavier items at the bottom and fragile items on top. Avoid overloading beyond normal carrying comfort to preserve the basket shape and fabric. Regularly clean and air the basket to maintain appearance and hygiene.
