Boor Bosch CYL-9 4 mm diameter 70 mm lengte 1 stuk

The Bosch CYL-9 drill bit, 4 mm in diameter and 70 mm in length, is designed for precision drilling in soft to medium-density tiles, porcelain, ceramics and non-toughened glass. Its construction and dimensions make it suitable for controlled, accurate drilling tasks in both professional and DIY settings.

Advantages

The drill bit offers a compact 4 mm diameter for fine holes and a 70 mm length for reach in deeper installations. Its white colouring makes it easy to identify among other bits. The CYL-9 is intended for use at low rotational speeds without impact, which helps maintain hole quality in brittle materials.

How to use

Install the CYL-9 bit in a drill capable of low-speed operation. Position the bit at the intended drilling point and apply steady, light pressure while running the drill at low RPM. Do not use hammer or impact mode. No external cooling is required; if necessary, pause periodically to avoid overheating and maintain control over the drill.

Recommendations

Use low rotational speeds and avoid impact settings when drilling tiles, porcelain, ceramics or non-toughened glass. For best results, secure the workpiece, mark the drilling point clearly, and maintain steady pressure. Do not use on tempered or toughened glass.
