Borenset Bosch 33-delige X-Line-set

The Bosch 33-piece X-Line set combines drill bits and screwdriver bits designed for general-purpose DIY drilling and screwdriving in wood, masonry and metal. The kit includes 18 drill bits sized for wood (3–8 mm), masonry (4–8 mm) and metal (2–5 mm), along with a range of screwdriver bits, nutsetters and a magnetic holder, all stored in a refillable Bosch X-Line case compatible with most power tool brands.

Advantages

The set provides a wide selection of durable bits for multiple materials, reducing the need to buy separate sets for wood, stone and metal. It includes common screwdriver head types (Phillips, Pozidriv, Torx and slotted) and nutsetters for hex-head screws, plus a universal magnetic holder for quick bit changes. The Bosch X-Line case keeps components organised and can be refilled when pieces are used up.

How to use

Select the appropriate drill bit or screwdriver bit for the material and fastener. Secure the chosen bit in the drill chuck or magnetic holder. For drilling, mark the drilling point, clamp or stabilise the workpiece, and drill at a steady speed suitable to the material. For screwdriving, use the correct bit type and size to avoid cam‑out and damage to screw heads. Replace worn bits to maintain performance.

Recommendations

When drilling metal, use a suitable coolant such as Bosch universal cutting oil (2 607 001 409). Wear appropriate personal protective equipment: for metal drilling — protective glasses; for wood drilling — protective glasses and a dust mask; for stone drilling — protective glasses, dust mask, hearing protection and work gloves.
