Borstelpaneel DeLOCK 10 inch kabelmanagement-borstelstrip met kabelsteunplaat 1 U zwart

The DeLOCK 10" Cable Management Brush Strip with Cable Support Plate 1U in black is designed for installation in a 10" network cabinet. It features a metal housing and nylon bristles to allow cables to be routed from the front to the rear while reducing visibility of internal cabling. The integrated cable support plate secures cables and the brush seal limits ingress of dust and dirt.

Advantages

The metal housing provides a sturdy mounting surface and the nylon brushes offer a flexible seal around routed cables. The cable support plate fixes cables to prevent them from sliding back into the cabinet. The unit fits a standard 1U space and helps maintain a tidy rack appearance while reducing contamination.

Suitable for

• 10" network cabinets with 1U mounting space
• Cable management and routing between front and rear of racks
• Setups requiring dust protection for cable entry points

How to use

Install the brush strip into a 1U slot of a 10" network cabinet using appropriate screws for rack mounting. Route network cables through the brush opening from the front to the rear so the bristles close around the cables. Use the cable support plate on the rear side to fix cable bundles and prevent them from sliding back into the cabinet. Ensure cables are laid without sharp bends and that the brush bristles are not overstressed.

Recommendations

For best results, group and secure cables with Velcro straps or cable ties at the support plate, avoid overfilling the brush strip with too many cables, and periodically check the bristles and fastenings for wear or damage. Ensure compatibility with your rack depth and mounting holes before installation.
