Borstelpaneel DeLOCK 19 inch kabelmanagement-borstelstrip met 4 haken 1U zwart

The DeLOCK 19" Cable Management Brush Strip is a 1U panel designed for tidy cable routing in 19" network cabinets. It features a durable metal housing with integrated nylon bristles that allow cables to be passed through while limiting dust and dirt entry. The panel includes four solid hooks for horizontal routing and measures approximately 48.3 cm in length and 65 mm in width.

Advantages

This brush strip provides a clean appearance by hiding cables between the front and rear of the cabinet while keeping them accessible. The nylon brushes act as a barrier against particles, and the sturdy hooks enable organised horizontal routing of patch cords. The metal housing ensures durable installation in standard 19" racks.

Suitable for

• Organising patch cables in 19" network cabinets
• Reducing dust ingress through cabinet openings
• Horizontal cable guidance and strain relief for patch panels
• Server rooms, data closets and network racks

How to use

Install the panel into a free 1U slot in a 19" network cabinet using the standard rack mounting holes. Route network cables through the nylon-bristled opening so they run from the front to the rear of the cabinet; this conceals the cable bundle while maintaining access. Use the four solid hooks to guide and separate patch cords horizontally for neat organisation.

Recommendations

For best results, route cables gradually and avoid overfilling the brush opening; excessive cable density can reduce brush effectiveness and increase wear on the bristles. Regularly inspect the brushes and hooks for accumulated dust and clean as required.
