Bosch 2 608 606 070 schuuraccessoire 3 stuks schuurband

The Bosch 2 608 606 070 sanding belt is a set of three durable sanding belts designed for efficient sanding and finishing of wood and metal surfaces. Compatible with common belt sanders from Bosch and other manufacturers, these belts offer consistent material removal and a fine surface result while minimizing dust and residue.

Advantages

These sanding belts feature application-oriented joints and a precise, clean belt run that avoids glue residues, ensuring uniform contact with the workpiece. The antistatic structure reduces dust buildup on the belt, workpiece and power tool. Available in Best for Wood and Best for Metal versions, the belts deliver a high material removal rate while preserving the ability to achieve smooth, fine surfaces.

Suitable for

• Sanding and finishing wooden furniture and panels
• Removing rust, paint and preparing metal surfaces
• Intermediate sanding between coats of lacquer or paint
• General sanding tasks with compatible belt sanders

How to use

Install the belt on a compatible belt sander following the sander manufacturer’s instructions and ensure correct belt tension and alignment before switching on. Replace belts when wear reduces cutting efficiency or tracking becomes unstable.

Recommendations

Use the 'Best for Wood' version for primary woodworking tasks and the 'Best for Metal' version when working on metals. Keep the work area ventilated and use appropriate dust extraction or a vacuum to complement the antistatic properties. Store belts flat or hung in a dry environment to maintain shape and performance.
