Bosch 2 608 644 079 cirkelzaagblad 21,6 cm 1 stuk

The Bosch 2 608 644 079 circular saw blade has a diameter of 21.6 cm and a 3 cm bore, designed specifically for cutting wood. This single-piece blade is intended for use with compatible circular saws and offers straight, accurate cuts for general carpentry, joinery, and renovation tasks. Its geometry and tooth design provide a balance between cutting speed and surface finish, suitable for both solid wood and common engineered wood panels.

Advantages

The blade delivers reliable cutting performance through hardened teeth and a stable steel body that resists deformation under load. Its tooth configuration reduces tear-out and improves edge quality on long rip and cross cuts. With a moderate kerf width, the design minimizes waste while maintaining sufficient rigidity for precise cutting. The product is supplied as a single unit, allowing replacement or spare stocking without additional accessories.

Suitable for

• Cross-cutting and ripping of soft and hardwoods
• Trimming and sizing boards, planks and panels
• General carpentry and renovation jobs
• Use with compatible handheld and table circular saws

Key specifications

• Diameter: 216 mm
• Bore (arbor) diameter: 30 mm
• Material: high-strength steel blade body with hardened teeth
• Application: wood cutting (solid and engineered wood)
• Pack quantity: single blade

How to use

Install the blade on a compatible circular saw following the saw manufacturer's instructions, ensuring the bore fits the arbor and the blade rotation direction matches the saw's arrow. Tighten the saw flange securely and check for runout before cutting. Select an appropriate feed rate and cutting depth for the material to avoid overheating and reduce chipping. Allow the saw to reach full speed before engaging the workpiece and support the workpiece properly to maintain straight cuts.

Recommendations

Use personal protective equipment such as eye and hearing protection and a dust mask when cutting. For best results, keep the blade clean and free of resin build-up, and replace the blade when cutting performance or cut quality deteriorates. Verify compatibility with your saw's arbor size and recommended maximum RPM prior to use.
