Bosch 2 608 900 098 boorhamerboor 1 stk.

EXPERT SDS plus-7X for Long Life Drilling Reinforced Concrete — the Bosch 2 608 900 098 hammer drill bit is designed for SDS plus rotary hammers and engineered for demanding drilling in concrete and reinforced concrete. With a full-carbide, single-piece 4-cutter head and a 10 mm diameter, this bit resists jamming on rebar and tolerates impact, delivering long service life and consistent drilling performance for construction professionals and installers.

Advantages

The full-carbide head is manufactured from one piece of carbide to eliminate weak points and reduce the risk of breakage when encountering rebar. The advanced 4-cutter geometry minimises jamming and provides stable drilling progress in reinforced concrete. Compatibility with SDS plus rotary hammers ensures secure bit retention and efficient power transfer. The 10 mm diameter makes it suitable for many fixing and installation tasks while maintaining precision and durability.

Suitable for

• Drilling holes for fixings in reinforced concrete
• Installing anchors, bolts and fasteners in construction projects
• Professional trade work where frequent concrete drilling is required

How to use

Fit the Bosch 2 608 900 098 into an SDS plus rotary hammer following the tool manufacturer’s instructions. Select hammer drilling mode for reinforced concrete and use appropriate drilling speed and feed pressure: steady, moderate pressure maintains bit life and drilling accuracy. Withdraw the bit periodically to clear debris and prevent overheating. Use correct personal protective equipment including safety glasses, hearing protection and dust control measures.

Recommendations

Use the EXPERT SDS plus-7X bit for regular professional drilling in concrete and reinforced concrete; avoid side loads and lateral bending, and ensure the rotary hammer is suitable for SDS plus bits to maximise service life.
