How to use

Attach a sanding sheet to the triangular sander's 105 mm base plate using the hook-and-loop backing, ensuring the sheet aligns with the extraction holes. Start sanding with a coarser grit (60) for material removal, switch to medium grit (120) for smoothing, and finish with fine grit (180) for a uniform surface. Use consistent, even strokes and avoid excessive pressure to prevent uneven wear or damage to the workpiece.

Recommendations

Wear appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, a dust mask and hearing protection while sanding. Use a compatible dust extraction system when possible to reduce airborne dust. Choose the grit sequence (60 → 120 → 180) according to the material and desired finish.
