Bosch 2609256A29 5 stuks schuurpad

The Bosch 2609256A29 sanding pad set contains five replacement pads designed for sanding applications with compatible Bosch sanding tools. Manufactured to provide consistent contact with work surfaces, these pads aid in achieving a uniform finish on wood, painted surfaces, and composite materials. The set is intended for use where a compact, easy-to-replace sanding interface between the tool and abrasive is required.

Advantages

These replacement sanding pads offer a consistent grip and stable support for abrasive sheets, reducing vibration transfer and promoting even pressure distribution during sanding. The pads are sized and shaped for common Bosch sanding tool interfaces, facilitating quick installation and secure attachment. Their durable construction helps maintain shape and adhesion over repeated use, supporting longer life of abrasive consumables and steady sanding performance.

How to use

Ensure the sanding tool is powered off and disconnected from power or battery before changing pads. Remove the worn pad by following the tool manufacturer’s instructions, align the replacement pad with the tool’s backing plate, and press or secure it into place until it is fully seated. Attach the appropriate abrasive sheet compatible with the pad and tool interface. Start sanding at low speed to check attachment stability and gradually increase speed as required. Replace pads when the backing shows signs of wear or no longer holds abrasives securely.

Recommendations

For consistent results, use abrasive sheets appropriate for the material and stage of work, and inspect the pad regularly for deformation or damage. Store pads in a dry environment away from direct heat and sharp objects to preserve their shape and attachment performance.
