Bosch ART 24 24 cm 400 W elektrisch AC aluminium, zwart, groen, rood

The Bosch ART 24 is an electric lawn mower designed for small to medium gardens. It delivers 400 W of AC power with a 24 cm cutting diameter and a 90° vertical edge-cutting angle, and uses a 1.6 mm x 6 m spool for trimming. The unit is compact and lightweight at 2.6 kg and comes in a combination of black, green and stainless steel finishes. Its size and power profile make it suitable for routine grass cutting and edge work where a lightweight, easy-to-handle tool is preferred.

Advantages

The Bosch ART 24 combines a 400 W electric motor with a narrow 24 cm cutting width, which supports precise trimming and efficient maintenance of modest lawn areas. The vertical 90° edge-cutting angle improves access to borders and tight spaces, while the 1.6 mm x 6 m spool provides a balance between cutting strength and runtime. Weighing 2.6 kg, the mower is easy to carry and manoeuvre, reducing user fatigue during repetitive tasks. The unit’s finish in black, green and stainless steel offers corrosion-resistant surfaces in contact areas and a visually discreet appearance on the lawn.

Suitable for

• Small to medium-sized garden lawns
• Lawn edge trimming along paths, flowerbeds and fences
• Light maintenance and quick touch-ups between full mowing sessions
• Users seeking a lightweight, easy-to-manoeuvre electric mower

How to use

Connect the Bosch ART 24 to a suitable outdoor AC power outlet using a properly rated extension cable if needed. Position the mower so the cutting head aligns with the area to be trimmed, then switch the motor on according to the product’s controls. Move the tool steadily along the grass, keeping the 90° edge angle when trimming borders and tight spots to achieve a clean cut. For safety, ensure the power is disconnected before changing the spool, inspecting the cutting head, or performing any maintenance.

Recommendations

Use the mower for regular maintenance rather than heavy-duty clearing; inspect the spool periodically and replace it when wear reduces cutting quality. Wear appropriate eye and hand protection during operation and avoid use in wet conditions to reduce the risk of electric shock and to preserve cutting performance.
