Bosch Expert C470 delta schuurblad 93x93mm korrel 120, 50-pack voor deltaschuurmachine 2608900930

Uneven surfaces, stubborn old paint, and fine wood finishes demand an abrasive that cuts cleanly without clogging or tearing. The Bosch Expert C470 Triangular Sanding Sheet delivers exactly that: a semi-friable aluminum oxide grain on a tough paper backing, engineered for fast stock removal and a consistent, high-quality finish on wood, paint, varnish, and filler. With 50 sheets per pack, you are equipped for extended sanding sessions on trim, corners, and detailed profiles.

Who is it for

Professional carpenters, painters, furniture restorers, and demanding DIYers who use delta sanders with a 93 mm hook-and-loop pad. Ideal for sanding edges, louvres, and tight corners where rectangular sheets cannot reach. The open-coat design and multi-hole pattern make it especially suitable for dust-extracted sanding, keeping the work area clean and the abrasive sharp longer.

Main features

• Triangular 93 mm shape fits all common delta sanders with hook-and-loop attachment, including the Bosch GDA series.
• Premium semi-friable aluminum oxide abrasive with open coat resists clogging and delivers high removal rates.
• Full synthetic resin bonding ensures durable grain adhesion even under heavy load.
• Multi-hole pattern aligns with dust extraction ports for efficient chip removal and a healthier work environment.
• Grit K120 provides a fine finish, perfect for intermediate sanding and surface preparation before painting or varnishing.
• Pack of 50 sheets offers excellent value and reduces downtime for abrasive changes.

Tips

For best results, match the grit sequence: start with a coarser grit (e.g., K80) to remove material, then progress to K120 for a smooth, paint-ready surface. Always use the sheet with a dust extractor connected to maximise the open-coat benefit and prolong abrasive life. Store unused sheets flat in a dry place to prevent curling and preserve the hook-and-loop backing.
