Bosch GIC 120 Professional industriële inspectiecamera 8,5 mm

The Bosch GIC 120 Professional industrial inspection camera is designed for visual inspection in confined and hard-to-reach areas. It features a 6.86 cm (2.7") colour display with a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels and an 8.5 mm diameter probe that reaches up to 120 cm. The unit operates on 6 V power and delivers up to 5 hours of battery runtime, enabling extended on-site inspections without frequent recharging. The compact probe and clear screen provide operators with a practical tool for visual diagnostics and routine checks in industrial environments.

Advantages

The small-diameter probe and 120 cm length allow access behind panels, inside ducts, engines and machines where direct sight is impossible. The 320 x 240 pixel display presents a clear real-time image for quick assessment, and the battery runtime of up to 5 hours supports prolonged inspection tasks. The device’s straightforward controls and durable construction are suited to repeated use on job sites and in maintenance workflows.

Suitable for

• Inspecting inside pipes, ducts and ventilation channels
• Engine, gearbox and machinery internal visual checks
• Quality control and troubleshooting in production lines
• Maintenance inspections in confined industrial spaces

After inspection, switch the device off and store the probe carefully to prevent kinks or abrasions.

Recommendations

For best results, clean the probe tip before and after use and avoid forcing the probe into obstructed passages. Use consistent, controlled movements when navigating tight spaces, and allow periodic breaks during long inspections to check battery status and device temperature. Store the camera in a protective case to extend service life.
