Montageset Alphacool Eiszapfen verlenging G1/4 buitendraad naar G1/4 binnendraad wit

Alphacool's Eiszapfen extension is a high-end G1/4 adapter designed to extend a G1/4 outer thread by 10 mm, providing a compact and reliable connection in water-cooling systems. Made of durable brass with a precise finish, the adapter is available in multiple surface variants including matte white to match different builds while ensuring long-lasting appearance and performance.

Advantages

The adapter offers a slim 10 mm extension that helps reach recessed or hard-to-access G1/4 ports without compromising flow. Its brass construction and high-quality surface treatments ensure durability and resistance to flaking. Available in chrome, deep matte black and matte white finishes, the coating is permanently bonded to the base material for extended colour longevity.

Suitable for

• Extending G1/4 connections in PC water-cooling loops
• Connecting components where ports are recessed or difficult to reach
• Systems requiring consistent appearance with matte white fittings

How to use

Screw the Eiszapfen extension onto the existing G1/4 male or female thread until it is hand-tight, then secure with an appropriate spanner if required. Use thread seal or PTFE tape only if specified for your system; over-tightening may damage threads. Ensure the connection is leak-tested before putting the cooling loop into full operation.

Recommendations

For best results, choose the finish that matches your cooling loop fittings. Verify thread compatibility (G1/4) with your components and perform a pressure or leak test after installation to confirm a secure seal.
