Bosch Indego grasmaaier-onderdeel/accessoire begrenzingsdraad perimeterdraad

The Bosch Indego perimeter wire is a replacement boundary wire designed for use with compatible Bosch Indego robotic lawn mowers. With a length of 10,000 mm, the wire defines the mowing area and guides the mower along the intended perimeter to ensure consistent coverage. Supplied as a single piece per pack, the wire is intended for straightforward installation or replacement around lawns, flowerbeds and other defined zones.

Advantages

The perimeter wire provides a precise electrical boundary that improves navigation and reduces the chance of the mower crossing into unwanted areas. Its 10-metre length covers typical domestic lawn perimeters and allows flexible routing around obstacles. The wire is made to be durable under normal outdoor conditions and to maintain reliable signal transmission for the mower's boundary detection system.

Suitable for

• Setting the outer boundary for Bosch Indego robotic lawn mowers
• Defining mowing islands and exclusion zones around flowerbeds or trees
• Replacing worn or damaged perimeter wiring
• Initial installation when installing a new compatible mower

Key specifications

• Length: 10,000 mm
• Quantity: 1 piece per pack
• Compatibility: Designed for Bosch Indego series robotic lawn mowers
• Function: Boundary/perimeter signal transmission for mower navigation
• Application environment: Outdoor garden/yard use

How to use

Lay the perimeter wire around the edge of the area you want the Bosch Indego mower to cover, following the mower manufacturer's installation guidelines. Route the wire around obstacles and create separate loops for islands or exclusion zones if needed, keeping connections secure and insulated. Connect the wire to the mower's boundary terminal or base station as described in the mower's manual, and test the boundary detection before regular operation. If trimming or adjusting the layout, cut and rejoin the wire using appropriate connectors to maintain signal continuity.

Recommendations

Install the wire on or slightly below ground level to reduce tripping and accidental damage; avoid running the wire too close to strong electrical sources. Regularly inspect the visible sections for wear or corrosion and replace the wire if the mower shows boundary detection issues. Follow Bosch Indego installation instructions for correct spacing from driveways or adjacent properties to ensure reliable operation.
