Bosch PBS 75 A bandschuurmachine zwart, groen 710 W

The Bosch PBS 75 A belt sander delivers comfortable sanding and a high removal rate on larger flat surfaces. Its 710 W motor provides strong performance for preparation and restoration tasks on materials ranging from wood to metal, including paint and varnish removal. The tool features a removable auxiliary handle for better handling, aluminium components for robustness, a removable Microfilter dust box for reduced dust, and an automatic belt system that keeps the sanding belt centred during operation.

Advantages

Fast material removal on large surfaces thanks to a powerful 710 W motor. Comfortable and controlled handling is ensured by a removable auxiliary handle and a softgrip zone. Dust is collected in a removable Microfilter dust box and the tool can be connected to a vacuum cleaner for a cleaner working area. The automatic belt system self-centres the sanding belt, while the SDS accessory mounting system allows quick, keyless accessory changes. Additional safety is provided by a lock-off switch and trigger-flip switch. Low Vibration design reduces user fatigue during extended use.

How to use

Fit the appropriate sanding belt and secure it by closing the clamping lever; lifting the lever releases belt tension for quick replacement. Hold the sander with both hands using the main grip and auxiliary handle for optimal control, or remove the auxiliary handle for work close to edges and corners. Start the tool using the trigger and use the lock-off switch for safe storage. During operation the automatic belt system keeps the abrasive centred; collect dust in the Microfilter box or connect a vacuum cleaner for improved extraction. Operate at a steady speed and apply even pressure to achieve uniform sanding results.

Recommendations

Use suitable grit sanding belts for the material and stage of work (coarse for paint removal, finer grits for finishing). Regularly empty or clean the Microfilter dust box and check belt alignment before extended work. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including respiratory protection and eye protection, when sanding.
