Bosch PSS 200 AC schuurmachine 24000 OPM zwart, groen 200 W

The Bosch PSS 200 AC orbital sander provides efficient surface sanding with a 200 W motor and a 2 mm oscillating orbit. It supports a sanding sheet size of 93 x 230 mm and reaches up to 24,000 OPM for rapid material removal and smooth finishing while weighing approximately 1.6 kg for comfortable handling.

Advantages

Equipped with the Bosch Microfilter System, the sander extracts dust directly into a detachable Microfilter Box included with the tool, improving visibility and cleanliness during work. The tool includes a clamp-lever sanding sheet clamping system for quick and convenient paper changes, a Softgrip surface for secure handling, and a design that accommodates both right- and left-handed users. A dust-extraction port allows connection to an external extraction system for reduced airborne dust.

How to use

Attach a compatible sanding sheet to the 93 x 230 mm pad and secure it with the clamp-lever system. Connect the Microfilter Box or an external dust-extraction hose if required. Switch on the sander and apply light, even pressure, moving the tool along the surface following the grain where appropriate. Change sanding paper when abrasive grit is worn or when a different grit is required for the next stage of finishing. Empty or replace the Microfilter Box regularly to maintain extraction performance.

Recommendations

For best results, start with coarser grit to remove material quickly, then progress to finer grits for final finishing. Use the Microfilter Box for small jobs and connect an external extractor for extended work to reduce airborne dust.
