Bosch PBS 75 AE set bandschuurmachine groen, grijs 750 W

The Bosch PBS 75 AE Set is a belt sander designed for efficient material removal and surface finishing. Equipped with a 750 W motor and a compact sanding plate measuring 76 x 165 mm, this tool delivers steady sanding performance across wood, composite panels and painted surfaces. The machine has a variable idle belt speed of 200–350 m/min to adjust aggressiveness and finish quality while weighing 3.5 kg for comfortable handling during extended work sessions.

Advantages

The variable belt speed allows precise control over sanding aggressiveness and surface finish, reducing the risk of over-sanding. A 750 W motor provides reliable power for continuous operation on demanding tasks. The compact sanding plate gives good access to narrow areas while maintaining an even sanding pattern. Low overall weight improves maneuverability and reduces user fatigue during prolonged use.

Suitable for

• Sanding and leveling wooden boards, panels and doors
• Removing old paint, varnish and coatings from flat surfaces
• Smoothing edges and preparing surfaces for painting or staining
• Working on medium-scale DIY and renovation projects

Key specifications

How to use

Before use, fit the correct abrasive belt and ensure it is tensioned and tracked according to the manufacturer’s guidance. Set the idle belt speed appropriate to the material: lower speed for fine finishing and higher speed for rapid material removal. Hold the tool with a firm two-handed grip and move it steadily along the grain or across the workpiece with even pressure to avoid gouging. Allow the sander to reach full speed before contacting the surface and follow safe operating practices such as securing the workpiece and wearing eye and respiratory protection.

Recommendations

For best results, start with a coarser grit to remove material rapidly, then progress to finer grits for a smooth finish. Regularly check and replace worn belts, and keep dust extraction or vacuum connected where possible to maintain visibility and prolong abrasive life.
