Bosch Serie 4 HBA272BB3 Oven 71 L 3600 W Zwart

Fry this at home. Make your own potato crisps or crisp vegetable slices with the Air Fry and Grill tray. Place thinly sliced potatoes or other vegetables on the tray, add a little oil, select the Air Fry function and let the oven cook them until crispy. The same tray can also be used for grilled dishes.

Advantages

AutoPilot 10 simplifies cooking by offering ten automatic programs: after placing the dish, select the appropriate program, enter the weight and press Start. The oven selects the mode, temperature and time and even switches off automatically near the end of the cycle. LED Touch Control provides a clear, easy-to-use display for selecting heating mode, temperature and duration without knobs. The multi-level cooking function distributes heat evenly so you can cook on up to three levels simultaneously without mixing flavours.

Key specifications

• Air Fry and Grill tray for crisping potatoes and vegetables
• AutoPilot 10 automatic cooking programs
• LED Touch Control display with touch buttons
• Multi-level cooking: up to three levels simultaneously

How to use

For air frying, place thinly sliced potatoes or vegetables on the Air Fry and Grill tray, brush lightly with oil, choose the Air Fry function and start the program. For AutoPilot cooking, place your dish in the oven, select one of the ten automatic programs, enter the dish weight and press Start; the oven will manage mode, temperature and duration and will switch off automatically when appropriate. Use the LED Touch Control to set or adjust heating mode, temperature and cooking time.

Recommendations

Use ovenware suitable for the chosen AutoPilot program; some AutoPilot recipes recommend covered dishes to keep the oven interior cleaner. Check food thickness and weight for best air-frying results and arrange items in a single layer on the tray for even crisping.
