EZ SpeedClic: Pet Nail Grooming Discs (SD60-PGK) — Dremel grooming discs designed for safe, efficient trimming and smoothing of pet nails. These 30 mm discs fit Dremel rotary tools and the SC402 mandrel, offering a keyless SpeedClic quick-change system for fast disc replacement. Available in 60 and 240 grit, they provide durable abrasion and a smooth finish suitable for regular nail maintenance.

Advantages

The EZ SpeedClic grooming discs allow tool-free, quick disc changes and are engineered to last up to twice as long and remove up to twice the material compared with Dremel 411 and 413 sanding discs. Their compact 30 mm size and compatible SC402 mandrel make them convenient for precision work on pet nails while maintaining consistent abrasion for controlled shaping and smoothing.

Suitable for

• Trimming and shaping dog and cat nails
• Smoothing rough edges after clipping
• Regular nail maintenance and desensitisation

How to use

Attach the SD60-PGK disc to the SC402 mandrel using the SpeedClic system without a wrench, then insert the mandrel into a compatible Dremel rotary tool. Start at a low speed and gently apply the disc to the nail, using short, controlled passes to remove material and shape the nail. Increase speed carefully if needed and avoid prolonged contact in one spot to prevent overheating. Clean the disc and mandrel after use according to the rotary tool manufacturer's instructions.

Recommendations

Use the 60-grit disc for faster material removal and shaping; switch to the 240-grit disc for smoothing and finishing. Operate at low to moderate speeds, keep movements steady, and check the nail frequently to avoid over-shortening. Store discs in a dry place and replace when abrasive performance decreases.
