Braun HM5100 Multimix 5 handmixer 750 W grijs, wit

The Braun HM5100 Multimix 5 hand mixer combines a 750 W motor with SmartMix technology to reduce the effort required while mixing. The design shifts the weight into the bowl rather than the user’s hand, improving comfort during extended use. VarioControl provides smooth, stepless speed selection for precise mixing of batters, doughs and other ingredients. The unit is finished in grey and white and is suitable for home baking and everyday food preparation.

Advantages

SmartMix technology places the centre of gravity in the bowl for up to 40% less effort when mixing. A powerful 750 W motor delivers consistent performance and is significantly stronger than earlier models. VarioControl gives seamless variable speed control for accurate results across different recipes. The compact, lightweight design makes the mixer easy to handle and store.

Suitable for

• Mixing cake batters and cookie dough
• Whipping cream and egg whites
• Preparing pancake and waffle batter
• Everyday mixing tasks in the home kitchen

Turn the mixer off and remove attachments by pressing the eject button before cleaning.

Recommendations

Use the mixer with appropriate-sized bowls and avoid overfilling. Allow short rest periods during heavy mixing to prevent motor overheating, and follow the manufacturer’s cleaning and maintenance instructions for safe, long-term use.
