Beveiligingscamera Braun Scouting Cam Schwarz1300 HD

The Braun Scouting Cam Black1300 HD is an outdoor surveillance camera designed to record high-resolution images and video in varied environmental conditions. With a 12MP sensor and HD capture, the camera provides clear stills and detailed footage. Night vision functionality and a fast 0.5 second trigger speed allow reliable detection and recording of moving subjects at day or night. The housing is built for outdoor use, offering resistance to weather and rough handling, while long battery runtime and straightforward setup make the unit suitable for extended remote monitoring.

Advantages

The camera combines a high-resolution 12MP sensor with HD video capability to deliver detailed images and smooth recordings. A rapid 0.5 second trigger minimizes missed events, and integrated night vision ensures visibility in low-light conditions. The robust, weather-resistant housing protects the device during prolonged outdoor deployment. Long battery life reduces maintenance intervals, and simple physical mounting and menu navigation allow quick installation and reliable operation.

Suitable for

• Wildlife observation and behavioral studies
• Perimeter security and property surveillance
• Remote monitoring of rural sites, cabins or storage areas
• Time-lapse documentation of outdoor projects

Key specifications

• Image sensor: 12 megapixels for still images
• Video: HD recording capability
• Trigger speed: 0.5 second response time
• Night vision: infrared illumination for low-light detection
• Housing: durable, weather-resistant outdoor casing
• Power: long battery life designed for extended deployments
• Mounting: bracket or strap compatible for tree or post attachment

How to use

Mount the camera on a stable support such as a tree, post or dedicated pole at the desired height and angle. Insert batteries and a compatible memory card, then power on the device and use the on-screen menu to select resolution, trigger sensitivity and infrared settings. Position the unit to cover the intended detection zone and perform a test activation to confirm trigger response and framing. For routine use, check battery level and storage capacity at regular intervals and replace consumables as needed.

Recommendations

Place the camera where it has a clear line of sight to the area of interest, avoiding dense foliage that can cause false triggers. For long-term outdoor deployments, use fresh batteries or an external power option if available, and secure the housing to minimize movement from wind. Regularly inspect seals and mounts after severe weather and archive recorded files from the memory card to preserve footage.
