Tips

For best results, chill the meat and grinding parts in the freezer for 30 minutes before use. This keeps the fat firm and prevents smearing. Cut meat into strips that fit easily into the feed tube, and alternate lean and fatty pieces for a balanced mince. After grinding, run a slice of bread through the machine to push out remaining meat and simplify cleaning.
