How to use

Install the Brother MFC-J5955DW according to the supplied setup guide, connect to your network via Ethernet or configure the wireless settings through the control panel or Brother software. Load paper of appropriate size into the main tray and set paper type in the driver before printing. For A3 jobs, confirm tray and media settings to avoid cropping. Use the scanner glass or automatic document feeder for single- or multi-page scanning and copying. Access advanced scan-to and print-from options through the device’s software or mobile printing apps for direct printing from phones and tablets.

Recommendations

For consistent colour results and reliable operation, use Brother-recommended inks and select the matching paper type in print settings. Enable duplex settings in the driver for multi-page documents to reduce paper consumption. Schedule routine checks of ink levels and perform occasional head-cleaning cycles if print quality degrades. For higher monthly volumes, review duty cycle limits and consider staggered workloads to maintain device longevity.
