Buisdemper voor computerkoelsysteem BitsPower BP-NCCLT12ACBK-L500, 12 mm breedte, 50 cm lengte, zwart

BitsPower BP-NCCLT12ACBK-L500 rigid tube is a replacement cooling line designed for PC custom liquid cooling loops. The black, hard tube has a nominal internal width of 12 mm and a length of 50 cm, intended for routing coolant between blocks, radiators and pumps. It is supplied as a straight section to be cut to the required length and finished with a chamfered edge before installation, and is compatible with hard-tube fittings designed for 12 mm outer diameter tubing.

Advantages

The tube is made to fit standard 12 mm hard-tube fittings, offering a precise inner diameter for predictable coolant flow. Its rigid construction provides stable runs that keep coolant paths neat and prevent sagging compared with flexible hoses. The black finish delivers a uniform aesthetic for custom builds and helps conceal coolant coloration or tubing seams. The product is RoHS compliant, ensuring it meets common environmental and safety controls for electronics components.

Suitable for

• Custom PC water-cooling loops requiring 12 mm hard tubing
• Replacement of worn or damaged rigid coolant lines
• Short runs between pump, reservoir, radiator and water blocks
• Cases or builds where a black rigid tube appearance is preferred

Key specifications

• Material: rigid hard tubing (solid tubing for custom loops)
• Nominal inner/width: 12 mm (compatible with OD12 mm hard-tube fittings)
• Length: 50 cm (straight section to be cut to fit)
• Color: black finish
• Compliance: RoHS compliant

How to use

Measure the required run and mark the tube at the desired length. Cut the rigid tube with an appropriate cutter for hard tubing and finish the cut edge with a chamfering tool or deburring method to remove burrs. Dry-fit with compatible 12 mm hard-tube fittings to ensure proper seating and alignment before final assembly. Install into the loop following normal liquid-cooling procedures, ensuring fittings are tightened to specification and the system is pressure-tested or leak-tested before powering the PC.

Recommendations

Store the tube flat and avoid sharp bends or excessive heat during installation. Confirm compatibility with your specific fittings and components designed for 12 mm hard tubing. After cutting and chamfering, always perform a leak test and monitor the loop after first power-up.
