Bureaublad-opbergorganizer PaperFlow 2045.01

The PaperFlow 2045.01 desk tray is a single-pack document organiser made from durable polystyrene (PS) in black. With external dimensions of 897 mm width, 210 mm depth and 290 mm height, this tray provides a stable, upright solution for sorting and storing catalogues, folders, hanging folders, letters and loose papers on a desk or shelf. The rigid PS construction resists daily wear while maintaining a neat appearance in office environments. CE compliance indicates conformity with applicable safety and quality standards.

Advantages

The desk tray combines a large capacity with a slim footprint, allowing bulky documents to be kept upright without occupying excessive desk depth. Its polystyrene material is lightweight yet rigid, providing reliable support for heavy files while remaining easy to move when reconfiguring workspaces. The black finish integrates with most office interiors and hides surface marks better than lighter colours.

How to use

Place the desk tray on a stable, level surface such as a desk, shelf or cabinet. Insert documents vertically with the spines or folded edges down to keep items upright and accessible. For best organisation, group similar documents together (for example, catalogues, active project folders, or incoming mail) and position frequently used items toward the front. When moving the tray, support it from the base to avoid tipping if it contains heavy files.

Recommendations

To prolong product life, avoid exposing the tray to direct sunlight for extended periods and clean with a soft, damp cloth using mild detergent if needed. Do not overload beyond its stable upright capacity; distribute weight evenly to prevent deformation.
