The TESA 55225-00000-02 stationery tape in black is a general-purpose adhesive tape designed for everyday office, school and craft use. With a total length of 2.5 m and a width of 20 mm, this tape combines manageable size with dependable adhesion for joining, repairing and finishing paper-based tasks. The black color provides a clean visual finish for visible joins and labeling where a dark tape is preferred.

Advantages

This stationery tape offers easy hand-tearing and precise cutting, enabling fast application without specialized dispensers. The adhesive provides a reliable bond to paper and many lightweight materials while remaining removable from some surfaces without tearing the substrate. Its compact dimensions make it convenient to store in pencil cases, desk drawers or craft kits.

Suitable for

• Sealing envelopes and attaching documents
• Paper repairs and edge reinforcement
• Labeling, color-coding and craft detailing
• Temporary mounting of lightweight materials
• Office, school and home stationery tasks

Key specifications

• Color: black
• Length: 2.5 m
• Width: 20 mm
• Type: stationery/office tape
• Adhesive: general-purpose water-based or acrylic adhesive suitable for paper
• Backing material: thin, flexible film for smooth application

How to use

Cut or tear the required length of tape from the roll and press it firmly onto the clean, dry surface you wish to join or repair. For best adhesion on paper, align the edges before smoothing the tape down to remove air pockets. If precise application is required, use a tape dispenser or scissors to obtain straight edges. To remove, peel slowly at a low angle to minimize stress on the underlying paper.

Recommendations

Store the tape in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid applying to dusty, wet or heavily textured surfaces for optimal adhesion. Test on a small area before use on valuable documents or delicate materials where removability is important.
