How to use

Adjust the chair height with the gas-lift lever while seated or standing to align eye level with your monitor and to ensure forearms are roughly parallel to the desk surface. Position the chair so your feet rest flat on the floor or on a footrest and the knees form approximately a right angle. Use the mesh backrest to maintain airflow; shift posture occasionally to reduce static loading. Follow any assembly instructions supplied with the product to ensure secure installation of the seat, base, and gas lift.

Recommendations

For prolonged comfort, pair the chair with an adjustable desk and an external lumbar support if additional lower-back support is needed. Clean the mesh backrest using a soft brush or vacuum and wipe padded surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Regularly check and tighten fasteners and avoid exposing the chair to direct sunlight or excessive humidity to prolong material life.
