How to use

Preheat the oven to the temperature required by your recipe (not exceeding 220°C). Lightly grease the pan if desired, pour in the prepared batter or mixture and place the tin on the middle oven shelf for even heat exposure. Check bake times as recipes can vary; remove from the oven when a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. Allow the loaf to rest for a few minutes, then invert or lift from the tin using a gentle shake or a thin spatula to release the bake.

Recommendations

To preserve the non-stick surface, avoid using metal utensils and do not wash in a dishwasher. Clean with warm soapy water and a soft cloth or sponge. Store dry to prevent corrosion of the carbon steel and avoid exposure to temperatures above the specified limit.
