The Insta360 cold shoe mount is a compact accessory designed for use with Insta360 X5, X4, X3 and ONE X2 cameras. Lightweight at approximately 25 g and finished in black, the mount provides a standard cold shoe slot plus a 1/4-inch threaded hole, enabling attachment of microphones, LED lights, wireless transmitters or tripod/arm fittings. Recommendations

For best results, use lightweight microphones and lights that match the mount’s low-profile design to maintain balance. When shooting dynamic action, check accessory tightness periodically and route cables to minimize snagging. Store the mount separately or leave it attached to the camera in a protective case to prevent scratches.
