Tips

For optimal performance, adjust the pole length so your elbow forms a 90-degree angle when the tip is on the ground beside your foot. On uphill sections, shorten the pole slightly; on descents, lengthen it to reduce knee strain. Always check the Fast Lock levers before each hike to ensure they are firmly closed, and clean the poles after use in mud or sand to keep the locking mechanism smooth.
