Position the printer in a well-ventilated area, avoid direct sunlight and keep paper stored in a dry environment. For reliable network access, connect via Ethernet for stable shared use or configure Wi‑Fi with a secure password. For high-volume tasks, consider scheduling prints and monitoring ink levels to avoid interruptions.
