Recommendations

For consistent print quality, use Canon‑recommended ink cartridges and paper types appropriate for colour printing or photos. Keep the printer in a dust‑free environment and perform regular nozzle checks and cleaning cycles as described in the manual. When scanning high-detail originals, select the optical resolution up to 2400 x 4800 DPI in the scan software. To reduce paper use, set duplex printing as the default in device settings.
