Cartridgeset Freecolor Canon PGI-580XXL zwart+CLI-581XXL BK/C/M/Y

The Freecolor remanufactured cartridge set includes PGI-580XXL black and CLI-581XXL BK/C/M/Y, providing a full complement of inks for compatible Canon inkjet printers. Designed as a compatible alternative to original cartridges, this set aims to deliver high page yield, vivid color reproduction and crisp black text for everyday printing needs. The cartridges are remanufactured to reuse original housings and replace internal components and ink, offering a more economical and eco-conscious option for home and small office environments.

Advantages

These compatible cartridges offer a balance of cost efficiency and print performance: extended yield sizes reduce the frequency of replacements, while the pigment black and dye color inks work together to produce sharp documents and bright images. Remanufacturing reduces plastic waste by reusing cartridge casings, and the set is packaged for straightforward installation and storage. Compatibility with a range of Canon printers ensures reliable recognition and consistent output when proper printer settings are used.

How to use

Before installation, power on the Canon printer and open the cartridge access cover to allow the carriage to move into position. Remove protective seals from each cartridge, taking care not to touch the print head or electrical contacts. Insert each cartridge into the correct color-coded slot until it clicks into place, then close the access cover and follow any on-screen prompts for initialization or alignment. Run a nozzle check and alignment procedure from the printer menu to confirm proper installation and optimal print quality.

Recommendations

Store unused cartridges in a cool, dry place in original packaging and use within the manufacturer’s recommended timeframe. For best results, use printer maintenance tools such as regular nozzle checks and cleaning cycles, and select appropriate print quality settings for the task: draft mode for text-only internal documents, and standard/high quality for photos and color graphics.
