Chieftec CN-01B-OP computerbehuizing cube zwart

The CHIEFTEC ProCube Mini (model CN-01B-OP) is a compact cube-style Mini-ITX PC case designed to balance small footprint with flexible component compatibility. It supports ATX power supplies, dual-slot GPUs up to 320 mm long, up to three 3.5" hard drives, multiple 2.5" SSDs, and a slim optical drive. The front panel combines mesh and brushed-aluminum styling for improved airflow and a restrained appearance suitable for living rooms, home offices, and corporate environments.

Advantages

The case offers versatile storage options with bays for 3x 3.5" drives and 2–3x 2.5" drives plus a 5.25" slim optical bay, while maintaining a compact 260 × 356 × 195 mm footprint and low weight (3.79 kg). It supports standard ATX power supplies and rear 120 mm fans, and its mesh-front design aids ventilation without excessive noise. The SPCC steel construction provides stable mounting and durability for standard Mini-ITX builds.

• Small-form-factor gaming or multimedia PC with a dual-slot GPU (up to 320 mm)
• Home office or living-room workstation where a compact case is desired
• Systems requiring multiple 3.5" HDDs (up to 3) alongside SSD storage

How to use

Install a Mini-ITX motherboard and mount the ATX power supply in the bottom compartment, routing cables to the motherboard and devices. Fit storage drives into the appropriate 3.5" or 2.5" bays and secure a dual-slot GPU (up to 320 mm) into the PCIe slot. Connect front-panel USB ports and fans to the motherboard headers, ensure airflow paths are unobstructed by cable management, and place the case on a stable, flat surface. Verify clearances for long GPUs and the chosen PSU prior to final assembly.

Recommendations

For optimal cooling and quieter operation, use a quality ATX power supply with a short cable length and install a rear 120 mm fan. If planning to use multiple 3.5" drives, leave space for airflow between drives and consider SSDs for the operating system to improve responsiveness in this compact case.
