Cirkelzaagbladen Bosch Optiline Wood 2608641188

The Bosch Optiline Wood Circular Saw Blade 2608641188 is designed for precise, clean cuts in all types of wood and wood-based materials. It combines a dimensionally stable SK5 hardened steel base blade (>40 HRC) with precision-ground carbide teeth and expansion slots to reduce vibration, noise and heat buildup. The blade is compatible with hand-held, mitre, sliding mitre and table saws and is available in versions with different tooth counts to achieve either very clean or fast, efficient cuts.

Advantages

The Optiline Wood blade features high-quality precision-ground carbide teeth for clean cutting and a hardened SK5 steel body for dimensional stability and accuracy. Expansion slots damp vibration and lower noise and heat development during use. Alternate Top Bevel (ATB) tooth geometry improves cut quality, and different tooth counts provide flexibility between fine and aggressive cutting performance.

Suitable for

• Crosscuts and rip cuts in solid wood
• Cuts in plywood, MDF and other wood-based panels
• Use with hand-held circular saws, mitre saws, sliding mitre saws and table saws
• Both professional carpentry and DIY woodworking tasks

How to use

Select the blade version with the appropriate tooth count for the desired finish (higher tooth count for cleaner cuts, lower tooth count for faster, more aggressive cuts). Fit the blade to the saw following the tool manufacturer's instructions, ensuring correct arbor size and secure mounting. Set blade height and fence or guide for the intended cut. Operate the saw at the recommended speed and feed rate for the material, allow the blade to reach full speed before engaging the workpiece, and make steady, controlled passes. After use, inspect the blade for wear or damage and clean any resin or pitch buildup.

Recommendations

The Optiline Wood blade performs best when matched to the appropriate saw type and tooth count for the task. Use higher tooth-count blades for fine, tear-free finishes and lower tooth-count blades for efficient ripping. Maintain proper saw setup, cooling intervals for heavy use, and routine inspection to extend blade life and ensure consistent cutting quality.
